By accessing and using VerisAI.eu (the "Service"), operated by Belvo s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VerisAI.eu provides an AI Visibility Audit tool that performs automated technical analysis of publicly accessible websites. The Service evaluates web signals across a 7-layer scoring framework to estimate how AI systems and search engines may interpret a website's content and technical structure.

Important limitations:

• The Service is provided for informational and diagnostic purposes only. Scores and results are technical readiness indicators, not guarantees of actual AI citation, search ranking, or business outcomes.
• Outputs do not constitute legal, strategic, marketing, or professional advice.
• Citation Readiness scores reflect technical proxy signals based on publicly available platform documentation. Actual citation probability depends on additional factors not measured by this Service, including domain authority, training data presence, and platform-specific algorithms.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or consistency of audit results.

3. Free Service — No Availability Guarantee

The Service is currently provided free of charge on an on-demand basis. Audits are executed upon user request and are not backed by any service level agreement (SLA) or guaranteed uptime.

• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
• Free access may be subject to rate limiting, fair use restrictions, or changes to functionality at our discretion.

4. Automated Web Analysis and Third-Party Websites

By submitting a URL for analysis, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The Service performs automated HTTP requests to fetch publicly accessible content from submitted URLs, including HTML, robots.txt, sitemaps, and metadata. This is equivalent to standard web crawling performed by search engines and AI bots.
• You represent that you have the right to submit the URL for analysis, or that the URL refers to a publicly accessible website for which automated technical analysis is permissible.
• We do not store or republish the content of analysed websites beyond what is necessary to generate and deliver the audit report.
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of the websites submitted for analysis.

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the diagnostic tool.
• Not submit URLs for the purpose of scraping, competitive intelligence harvesting, or any activity that violates applicable law or the terms of service of the analysed website.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service, including DDoS attacks, automated bulk submissions, or exploitation of vulnerabilities.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Belvo s.r.o. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• The use of, or inability to use, the Service.
• Reliance on any audit results, scores, or diagnostic findings.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in audit outputs.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
• Any business decisions made on the basis of Service outputs.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Intellectual Property

The VerisAI brand, 7-layer scoring methodology, source code, and all associated documentation are the intellectual property of Belvo s.r.o. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

The specific audit results generated for a submitted URL belong to the user who requested the audit.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
